Weekly Practice Schedule
Morning practice sessions begin with 108 prostrations, then the Morning Bell Chant and ending with a 30-minute sitting period. Evenings consist of 4 chants and one sitting period. Wednesday evenings include a Dharma talk and introduction to Zen meditation. Monday mid-day practice has one sitting period, 2 chants, and an informal discussion. Most Saturday mornings include private kong-an (koan) interviews with Zen Master Bon Soeng, or a guest teacher in the Kwan Um School of Zen. All practice sessions are free and open to all, regardless of experience level or personal faith.
